Values-based management and social responsibility in humanist and responsible companies become explicit for modern companies of the 4th type

Corporate Social Responsibility: Values-Based Management, or a Managerial Revolution? The answer remains to be defined, and they provide some key insights here. Companies are major players in society, and their management depends on values acceptable to their social environment. The concept of a responsible company, developed by the United Nations, recognizes that "Businesses have a sustainable role and can manage their operations in a way that stimulates economic growth and enhances competitiveness while ensuring environmental protection and promoting social responsibility." A simple exercise is to list your values and compare them with the corresponding management practices, which aspire to a new economy and a new generation of companies of the fourth type.
